About GSC FUTA

At the FUTA Freshmen's Orientation Program earlier this year

Google Students Club, FUTA is a team of tech savvy students; we love tech and we love to have fun. A fun-filled group that organizes Google events on campus. This vibrant team of students also tend to promote the gospel of Google on campus. We make use of lots of Google apps to educate the university community and also hold events in neighbouring universities.

Team members are thrilled by new technology, enthusiastic about Google, and involved in their school communities. Team members have the opportunity to enhance their professional development, leadership, and communication skills. Plus, there’s swag!

Google Students Club members:

• Work closely with local Google teams
• Host and organize events to bring awareness about Google's products and brand
• Spread the word about competitions, training opportunities, scholarships and other events
• Help Google to better understand your campus' culture
• Build relationships on campus with faculty and student groups
• Promote product use and new product launches to students
• Be a source of knowledge for your university about Google products
• Spread Google goodwill to your fellow students

Team members also have the highest chances of being selected as the Google Student Ambassador because they know how everything is being ran already.
